About Talila Millman

With over 25 years of experience in leading product and engineering teams, Talila has held senior and executive roles in Fortune 500 companies such as Stanley Black and Decker, Harris, and Motorola, as well as in privately held companies.
She is now leveraging this experience in her advisory company, MillmanTech, where she helps CEOs scale their companies.
Talila serves on the advisory Board of Capella University, School of Business, Technology and Health Care Administration.
Her passion to grow and nurture leaders also led her to create her book, The TRIUMPH Framework, 7 Steps to Leading Organizational Transformation, where she shares her experience along with the experiences of other iconic leaders. The book is available in all major retailers.
TRIUMPH serves as a basis to the Continuous TRIUMPH leadership Institute. The Institute tackles two significant issues that leaders face: the requirement to continually improve their skill set and the absence of a community of peers to offer support during the constant challenges experienced by leaders every day.
Talila holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Talila is married and has three adult children. Her family has been her pillars of support and inspiration throughout her professional journey.
